Muscle cramps

The only thing I have found that works for muscle cramps is an immediate high does of calcium. For example, I would take about 6 capsules of calcium at one time and within a few minutes, I would feel better. Eating a little cottage cheese every day also
helps to prevent muscle cramps from occurring.
