If you want to improve and sharpen your eyesight try eating Asparagus. I like mine steamed, but you can eat it anyway you like. Carrots and Celery are also said to help with eyesight. There are those that insist that Sunflower, Marjoram, Rue, and Turmeric can also help.

So whether it is spicing up your food with some Turmeric, Marjoram, or Rue or eating some choice vegetables like Carrots, Celery, or Asparagus you can improve your eyesight naturally and within the walls of your home.
