dizziness

my mother aged 55 is having high blood pressure and also cholesterol and now she is complaining that she's having terrible dizziness. She feel like the scared to walk because she said like wanna fall down. she's under doctor medication ( perinace tablet 4mg)but she still feel the same so i tried for home remedies, but i saw they ask to consume ginger . i need a help on this matter what is the best home remedies for my mother. can she consume ginger because some people say ginger is hot for the high blood pressure.
