Diet is very important in preventing hair loss. So follow these tips to make your hair fuller. Eat a lot of foods containing silica, iron and calcium. Green leafy vegetables, raw oats, beetroot, dry fruits and cherry juices are good sources of these minerals. Coconut oil, coconut chutney, and coconut milk are also very helpful. Brown rice, oats, ginger, onions, whole grains, nuts should also be included. You should avoid the following foods, cold drinks, sugary foods, excessive raw food, animal proteins, excessive citrus fruits, and foods with high fat content.
