Home Remedies for age spots

Age spots may be harmless, but they certainly don’t look pretty! The following home remedies, however, can help us in getting rid of them-

  • • Add 2 tablespoons of onion juice to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and apply this solution on your age spots.
  • • Apply lemon juice on the age spots and wash it off after 20 minutes.
  • • Regular application of aloe vera juice/gel on the affected areas is also known to be helpful.

These home remedies can help in reducing age spots, however, you must remember not to expect instant results. In fact you may have to wait for several months before you start noticing visible results. Another important thing to remember is that, if your age spots change in color or texture, then they may not be age spot at all, instead they could actually be indicators of a serious disease like cancer.
