Green tea is one of the teas that is more prominently known as the tea that can help in relaxation. It has certain elements that make it the number once choice for reliving anxiety. Now while green tea is a good for helping to relieve anxiety, it can be so relaxing that you end up falling asleep. So just make sure that you can afford to fall asleep at the time.
