Kitchen spices can cure acid reflux

Acid reflux occurs when there are imbalances in the gastric pH. Natural cures are considered to be better than over-the-counter antacids in treating acid reflux. Using natural techniques to cure acid reflux prevent one from developing negative side effects and increased dependence on antacids.

Natural cures for acid reflux are commonly found in the kitchen and are often a part of our meals. These include cinnamon and mint which have well-known digestive properties.

The cooling effect of medicinal aloe vera eaten or taken as a juice can cool down the burning sensation in your throat which is caused by the acid reflux.

Three of the most common spices, black pepper, ginger and garlic are also known to have digestive properties thereby helping improve the process of digestion.
