The Back Pain Diet

I know it may seem a bit silly to have a diet completely devoted to back pain, but if you are one of those who suffers from severe back pain every single day of your life, it may not be such a bad thing to consider. The back pain diet is basically a home remedy full of nutritious supplements that help nurture the areas of your back. There really are just a few simple rules you need to follow. The first and probably most important rule is to not drink any kind of alcohol or use any kind of tobacco. These only put a strain on your body and actually make things much worse. And believe it or not, caffeine is just as bad. If you feel you cannot completely quick, just try to cut back on them as much as possible. Try eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. Cabbage and lettuce are the best choices with vegetables.
