Take Vitamin C fro Back Pain

Exercise and hot and cold compresses are great for healing any type of back pain that you have, but there may be something that can work even better. It is probably the last thing that anyone thinks about when they think of ways to help heal their back pain. Vitamin C is a great supplement that helps to strengthen your back and give the areas of your back the nutrients that it needs to stay strong and healthy. Calcium is also something that works much like Vitamin C. Both help to heal the back from the inside. If these home remedies are not your forte, you can actually try potatoes. All you have to do is take a few potatoes and slice them. Place the slices on the painful area until they start to get warm. Throw the warm ones away and replace them with the fresh and cold slices.
