Treat Head Lice With Grapefruit-seed Extract

Grapefruit-seed Extract has many remedies. These remedies cover a wide range of problems that you may be interested in curing naturally. Just using a simple solution mix can actually help with treating head lice. All you have to do is mix about 1 ½ quarters of shampoo with 1 quarter of the grapefruit-seed extract. Remember to use 20 drops of the grapefruit-seed extract to every 1 cup of water.

Once you have mixed this thoroughly, massage the mixture in the hair and especially the scalp. Concentrate more on the scalp if you have thick hair. Put a shower cap on and live the mixture in your hair for about 20 minutes. You can leave the mixture in your hair for longer if your hair is thick. This will give it time to soak through to the roots. Rinse the hair thoroughly and be sure to comb through it with a delousing comb.
