Home remedies for snoring

If you snore you are not easy to share the bed or even a room with and if you know someone who snores you know how difficult it is to sleep in the same room as someone who makes these awful nasal noises! So if you want to get rid of your snoring problem or want to suggest ways to someone you have to share the room with, here are a few suggestions-

Don’t smoke- Smoking causes nasal congestion, which in turn leads to snoring.

Avoid alcohol- People tend to snore more after a night of partying, that’s because alcohol relaxes the soft tissues and muscles in the throat (this often leads to snoring).

Change your sleeping position- Use pillows, so that you head is elevated above your body or sleep on the side, these positions reduce the chances of snoring.

Finally, it is extremely important to take care of your health as obesity, cold and allergies also aggravate the problem.
