Diabetes: Using Home Remedies to Manage and Cure

There are two different types of diabetes Insulin Dependent Juvenile Diabetes (IDDM Type-1)in which the body is unable to produce insulin and Non Insulin Dependent Adult Onset Diabetes (NIDDM Type-2). Although modern medicine insists that it can only manage diabetes, there are indications that much of diabetes is food related. Not only that there are many home remedies that can help reduce the effects od both types of diabetes.


Home remedies and foods that counteract diabetes include:

  • 1. Bitter Gourd - Eat often and as much as you want
  • 2. Amla - Mix a tablespoon of its juice with a cup of bitter gourd juice and take daily for a month
  • 3. Tulsi Leaves, Neem Leanes, Balpatras Leaves - Take ten of each every morning with water
  • 4. Butea Tree Leaves
  • 5. Fenugreek - Take two teaspoons of the seeds powdered
  • 6. Shilajit - Take 250mg twice daily



These and other foods and home remedies can help reverse diabetes.

eating picles before a meal helps cut carbs, but they have alot of salt so when my granddaughters sugar is high i soak her socks in vinegar and let her wear them about ten minutes i'm still doing my own studies but it does bring her numbers down, theres also a vitamin called niaminicde forgot how exactly to spell it i'll look at the bottle later but it helps the beta cells
