Survive Anxiety…With Exercise

Exercising your way to a better you is a great way to go. When you think about the ways to relieve or completely prevent anxiety, I bet most of you never thought that exercise would be the way to go. Well it is true. Exercise is a great way to help your body fight anxiety. When you work out, you are exhausting your body so there is no room left for anxiety to take place. Also, when you exercise it sends signals to your body to calm down. I know it may be hard to think that when you get pumped up doing exercise, it is actually calming your body and your emotions down. When you are working out, you body produces a number of chemicals that are responsible for your emotions. Luckily, the chemicals that your body produces are the “good” kind of chemicals and will help your body, not hurt it.
