Natural remedies for eczema sufferers

Eczema can be a very irritating disease, not to mention an unsightly skin infection. Therefore, it is very important for people who suffer from this disease to be able to take care of themselves the natural way, so as to reduce the side effects that other drugs may have.

Since eczema can be very itchy, you can relieve this itch by creating a natural skin wash. This skin wash consists of different herbs, such as white bark, comfrey root, and elm bark. You just mix these ingredients with boiling water, and once it cools down, you can apply it to your body. The itch will subside albeit a little.

Oatmeal baths can also relieve itchiness, and at the same time tone down the inflammation. To prepare this, you only need to add a cup of oatmeal in your warm bath water, and apply it to your body. Afterwards, use a good moisturizer for your skin.
