  • • Eating an apple a day, does keep the doctor away! One or two apples a day can not only help in lowering your cholesterol levels but also provide your body with a lot if essential nutrients and minerals.
  • • Eating a cupful of walnuts everyday can also help in lowering your cholesterol levels.
  • • A decoction made with a glass of water and teaspoon of coriander leaves can also help in keeping you cholesterol levels in check.
