Home remedies for hair loss

Thanks to our erratic lifestyles and poor eating habits hair loss has become a fairly common problem. Though increased hair loss is a natural side-effect of ageing, but premature hair loss is a reflection of carelessness and poor nutrition. In the initial stages of hair loss, you may benefit from the following home remedies-

• Massage the scalp with coconut milk at least once a week.
• Rub raw onions on the scalp till it starts tingling. Wash your hair after half and hour.
• Drink half a liter of lettuce and spinach juice to reduce hair loss
• Rub your scalp vigorously with your fingers after washing your hair with cold water. This helps in improving blood circulation in the scalp.
• Massage your hair with a mixture of castor and olive oil at lease once a week.

Apart from these home remedies it is also extremely important to take care of your scalp hygiene and diet.
