Granny loves apple cider

Granny loves apple cider vinegar but has to call you out on some of your cleims.

Actually, I'll just stick to one: fiber.

ACV does not contain pectin. Unfiltered vinegar (hard to find) may contain a small amount of fiber from plant residue but it's negligible.

I often use apple cider

I often use apple cider vinaga the brand cured in wood. I felt great and it maintained my weight but I really didn't loose all that much. I was reading the blood type diet and it stated that vinagar was good for my blood type. Do you have any information concerning acv concerning blood type.
