Controlling ADHD By Spending Time With Your Child

Many doctors treat ADHD by prescribing the child with Ritalin. Although there has been much success in controlling many of the symptoms of ADHD with Ritalin, the ADHD remains intact and unscathed.

There maybe another way and although the drug companies which promote the use of Ritalin may scowl at my proposal, I have heard very good advice from a spiritual leader that I am very close to.

He suggests that parents with children that have ADHD spend quality time at least once a week with them. He insists and I believe he is correct, that ADHD develops from a child's lack of attention from his or her parents.
