How to fight bad breath

Is bad breath wrecking havoc on your personal, social and love life? If yes, then here are few herbal remedies that can help you say goodbye to bad breath forever-
Add 5-10 drops of Myrrh tincture to mint or rosemary tea and rinse your mouth with it twice a day. Myrrh has anti-bacterial properties and will help in killing bad breath causing bacteria, while mint and rosemary will mask myrrh’s awful taste.

Make sure you chew a handful of fennel seeds after every meal; they will keep your breath fresh.

Boil quince seeds in water until they turn soft, strain, gargle and swallow the herbal water. Do this after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.

Apart from using these herbs, make sure you follow good dental care habits, drink lots of water and rinse your mouth with water after every meal to keep bad breath at bay.
