Eat oats

Green oats (Avena sativa) is the common name for the green, unripe oat straw harvested before maturation. Green oats have been touted as a mood enhancer, a mind sharpener, and a treatment for fatigue since the 12th century. Some other uses include treatment for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, and as a libido enhancer for women.
