Squeeze Technique for Premature Ejaculation

Squeeze it

The squeeze technique was developed for men who have trouble controlling ejaculation, particularly those who tend to ejaculate before they have had an opportunity to enter their partners. The squeeze technique is considered much more effective than other methods of treating premature ejaculation, such as drugs, psychotherapy, and over-the-counter creams.

The squeeze technique for premature ejaculation

Method

  • First, begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulating the penis, but stop when you feel you are about to ejaculate.
  • Have your partner firmly squeeze the end of the penis, at the part where the end joins the shaft, and keep squeezing for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate has passed.
  • After the squeeze is released, wait about 30 seconds, and then go back to foreplay. You may notice that the penis has become less erect, but when stimulation resumes, it becomes fully erect again.
  • Repeat the technique as many times as necessary, until you are able to enter your partner without ejaculating.
  • With practice, you may find that you develop the ability to control premature ejaculation without needing to stop and do the squeeze technique with your partner.
  • You can also practice the squeeze technique on your own, while masturbating.

Why It Works

The squeeze technique causes the penis to become less erect and less aroused.

Precautions

The squeeze technique will not work for cases of premature ejaculation that is caused by a medical condition, such as diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis, urological disorders, or mental disorders such as depression.
