Why am I miserably bloated with stomach pain

I practically eat nothing but salad but I'm always bloated with stomach aches. This happens to me a lot no matter what I eat. I tried to remove things like bread, sugar, but nothing works. It's been like that for the past 5 years. I've tried gas products, laxatives and stuff like that but nothing worked. Any suggestions?

Solutions For Stomach Pain

What you definitely need is a balanced diet. The fact that you're not eating nothing but salad does not help you, on the contrary, it could be making it worse. I suggest you go see a doctor, it sounds serious.

Don't you know that vegtables can give you serious gas problems?

If you have been diagnosed with IBS then try this ebook. They claim to cure diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas and abdominal pain.

Go see a doctor. I wouldn't go for the salads cuz they can make it worse. Lettuce is a huge known cause of gas. Also any sugar substitue can give you gas as well.

Have you tried avoiding milk products? Maybe you should be checked for IBS, it could be it. I used to have the symptoms that you mentioned and later I was diagnosed with IBS.

Dear, eating salad alone is not enough, your body needs more than that. Maybe that's why you're in pain. Go see a doctor about that gas problem.

Hi, You should have known that Leafy greens are full of fiber. Fiber causes gas.
