Unfortunately, the symptoms

Unfortunately, the symptoms you are describing are general and not specific to a particular disease. Headache and heartburn can occur as one symptom of many in many medical conditions and they may or may not be related.

Headache could be caused by something as simple as not being hydrated or muscle strain to something as serious as a tumor or aneurysm. There is no way of knowing what is going on for you specifically without more information, a physical examination, and possibly some medical testing. If the condition persists or worsens or is accompanied by other symptoms such as severe pain, nausea, or changes in vision or consciousness, seek medical attention urgently.

Regarding the heartburn, this can occasionally happen with no real reason. It may be triggered by eating certain foods, taking certain medications, or doing things like drinking alcohol or drinking coffee or smoking cigarettes. If the heartburn persists or causes severe pain, or if you notice bright red stools or black tarry stools, this could be a sign of an ulcer and should be treated medically. Again, seek urgent medical attention.

When in doubt, I would recommend getting checked out by a local trusted healthcare provider. The headache and heartburn could be nothing much but if they are bothersome it is better to be safe than sorry.

Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose nor treat any medical condition.
