After birth a lot of times

After birth a lot of times the thyroid is a little sluggish which can make it hard to loose the weight and easy to pack on the pounds. (The thyroid also plays a role in depression which is why there is post partum depression).I would look into going to see a natural type healer like a natropath to get some iodine. Iodine is a tricky thing because it needs to be in a certain range, otherwise it can be dangerous. I like to prescribe topical iodine.
Diet, exercize, sunlight and sleep also play a role in weight loss. If you are Diebetic, you are probably staying away from too much processed foods and sugars. This is good because they won't help your milk nor help you loose weight. Stick with vegetables, proteins and make sure to get enough good fats!
