age70,retired.Vegetarian. have the following problems. Mitral valve prolapse, palpitation, atrial fibrilation (under medication), Migraine, Cholesterol, Sugar, not alarming, digestion, gall stone, kidney cyst and prostrate enlrgemnt. Pls suggest remedy

A lot of these issues must be under the care of a physician. I would suggest an overall liver cleanse. Start very very slowly- like with just a whole grain, non dairy, no sugar diet. Increase your intake of vegetables and start taking some fish oil. See how your body works with just that for a while then cut out cooked oils (except coconut). Go very slowly. You are probably on some sort of medication which in itself hurts the liver. Add and take out new things from your diet very slowly. Find a liver program that works for you.
