Great question Parvez, as

Great question Parvez, as this is a problem endured by many men. Unfortunately most men are too embarrassed or shy to mention it or ask for help. Not to worry, this is more than likely a normal short term problem and not an indicator of more severe problems.

There are many different solutions that do not require the assistance of a Healthcare Professional. However, if you do not find a solution here you may need to contact your Dr. for recommendations and possibly medication.

Remedies for this problem range from creams, ointments, and sprays to exercising muscle control and condoms treated with prolonging chemicals. Talking with your partner about the situation may be of assistance as well.

Probably one of the most natural methods is a stop/start method. During intercourse with your partner, take a quick break and squeeze your penis with the thumb and index finger. Keep the pressure on it until you feel that the climax impulse has been decreased. Once you feel decreased impulse, release the squeeze and wait for 10-15 seconds and resume intercourse. If not against any of your beliefs, you may want to try this alone to get the hang of it.

Hopefully we have found at least one method to help you out. Please have a look around the site as there is information on a host of subjects related to men, this one included.

Good Luck to you

Cathy
