My Throat is Sore So Badly! What are Some Home Remedies TO SOLVE Sore Throat

Please note that I cannot

Please note that I cannot diagnose nor treat any medical condition. If your condition worsens, or is accompanied by a fever greater than 101 degrees, or coughing up any blood, seek medical attention from your primary healthcare provider.

My first recommendation is that you check out our page here on that is dedicated to Sore Throats. There you can read about salt water gargles, honey, and ginger tea, as well as read other posts about sore throat remedies.

I would also say that a mixture of honey, lemon, and cayenne pepper as well as a topical spray of sage have been used as well as marshmellow and slippery elm as treatments for sore throats. Remember to always consult with your doctor or a qualified herbalist if you decide to try one of these remedies.

Also, make sure you get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. Supporting your body's immune system will help clear the infection more quickly.
