Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose nor treat any medical condition.

The symptoms you describe are concerning to me. I would strongly urge you to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, I have no way to know what is going on for you with this constellation of symptoms.

The lower back pain could be anything from a muscle strain, to osteoporosis, to kidney disease.

The metallic taste in your mouth could be a symptom of many conditions. I wonder, though, if you have recently taken any antibiotics. Some antibiotic medications can have a side effect of metallic taste.

I think it would be best to get examined by your regular healthcare provider. I am not comfortable recommending any at-home treatment without knowing your full clinical picture, especially since it may be something serious and treating at home may delay proper therapy.
