I am suffering from sore throat, sneezing for the last five years. These symptoms remain for the whole year. My throat is red for the last five years. Some doctors say it is allergy. I am also suffering from weakness of muscles.

From what you have stated, it sounds like you are suffering from a weak immune system. Taking Vitamin c along with Echinea w/ Goldenseal, a good quality multivitamin, will help. you probably do have alergies also, try some otc claratin or equivalent. And Sweetish bitters tea(from healt food store) I use 1 tsp (don't exceed 2 tsp per day) to 1 cup hot water with honey will ease the sore throat, until you can find the true cause. Hope this helps.

Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose any medical condition. I would, however, say that at least the first part of your post does sound like allergies. The sore throat could be due to post-nasal drip, and sneezing is a common allergy symptom.

The odd part is that this has supposedly lasted for five straight years and that you have “weakness of muscles.” That is certainly not a normal symptom of allergies. It makes me wonder if something more complex is going on for you.

What does muscle weakness mean? How is that presenting? It could represent a neurological, muscular, or neurochemical problem. This is probably the most worrisome symptom you have mentioned and should be diagnosed.

As far as natural remedies for allergies, Echinacea, Vitamin C, and Stinging Nettle have all been used to some success for but they should not be used until you have determined with your regular healthcare professional whether or not these symptoms are related and represent a serious medical problem other than allergies.
