I do not know what to do. I

I do not know what to do. I have been to the doctor and they tell me that i have anemia, and low vitamin D.. They gave me Vitamins. I have an appointment to a Neurologist in late February. But in the meantime i dont know what to do. I am very depressed because i feel so bad.

Hi there. I am sorry to hear

Hi there. I am sorry to hear that you are having such a tough time with this undiagnosed problem. I am sure it is only only difficult physically, but that it is taking an emotional toll as well.

As much as I wish I had a magic bullet and could tell you exactly what is going on the truth is that I cannot. I will say that it does sound like a neurological issue from what you have shared.

You are doing exactly the best thing I would recommend which is to see a specialist. I would also recommend following your doctor's advice and take those supplements, especially if you have been diagnosed with anemia. Certain anemias are caused by deficiencies in B vitamins including folic acid and these can lead to neurological damage. You will want to halt any further damage and potentially reverse any current damage by taking those vitamins.

Keep your chin up! I know this is a bummer of a situation but hopefully with expert care you will get a firm diagnosis and treatment plan. If you don't feel better after that, seek a second opinion. Be your own advocate and get the treatment and relief that you deserve.
