Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose any medical condition. Even if I could it would be inappropriate to do so over the internet without a proper physical examination and laboratory testing.

There are many possible causes for the symptoms you are describing. Here are some possibilities:

1. Ear infection - With the mild pain and irriation in your ear that you are reporting, this is one likely possible cause. Inflammation in the ear can disrupt the normal flow of fluid in the inner ear, leading to disturbances in balance and symptoms like dizzines. Most ear infections are self-limited and generally resolve within 3 days. If this has been going on longer than that, please consult with a healthcare professional.

2. Orthostatic Hypotension - This is a condition wherein changes in posture or body position cause a temporary decrease in blood pressure. The heart is unable to respond quickly enough when going from a laying to a sitting position, or from a sitting to a standing position. This usually happens when starting a new blood pressure medication until you body adjusts and can begin to compensate.

3. A balance disorder like vertigo or Meniere's Disease - In this condition there is a problem with the inner ear and sensory perception. This is a progressive disease so if the symptoms become more frequent, intense, or don't resolve after 3 days, seek medical attention.

Until you have a firm diagnosis of the underlying cause of your problems, it is impossible to recommend a specific treatment plan.
