Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose nor treat any medical condition. I can gander a few guesses about what may be going on for you but since this problem has been present since childhood and not improved, my best recommendation is that you have this issue examined and diagnosed by a capable healthcare professional.

I assume that by having a "problem of gastrick" you mean that your stomach hurts, or that you have heartburn. I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by saing that every morning you feel you have some "burden" on your stomach. Can you describe this more clearly? Is it painful? Is it a fullness? What makes it better? Does anything make it worse?

It is possible that you have any sort of gastrointestinal problem that could include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), constipation, ulcers, or heartburn from eating certain foods. These may also be symptoms of a more complex underlying problem such as a tumor which is another reason why I'd recommend a full work up by your regular doctor.

As far as pain upon passing stool and itching, this could be as innocuous as hemorrhoids, or symptoms of a more dangerous condition. Again, I will refer you to your regular healthcare provider.

If you can determine what your diagnosis is, then I can recommend some natural interventions. Until then, it is not prudent to do so as it could delay proper treatment or even make things worse.
