How can I treat my 2month old girl's yeast infection? I thought she had diaper rash, but then realized it must be a yeast infection when nothing I was doing helped.

Diaper rash can be due to food allergies. I suggest you check for allergies.

Jock itch spray worked for my

Jock itch spray worked for my sons yeast infection/diaper rash. It has the same active ingredients as yeast infection meds but I dont know if that will help a girl with a bad infection due to anatomy differences. I know it will certainly make her more comfortable. There are kinds with a powdery feel that cool irritated skin.
