"Cradle Cap" is sort of like infant dandruff. Usually, for dandruff I recommend fish oil so if the baby is nursing beef up on the fish oil. Another thing you might want to do is massage the baby's head as much as possible, some people do this by shampooing their head. You can also use olive oil on the head to keep it more manageable.
