The best way to treat wrinkles is to prevent them. Most wrinkles are caused by sun damage so wearing daily sunscreen is a must.

To treat wrinkles a cheap and easy idea is to crush vitamin C tablets and mix in aloe vera gel. You can apply this to the skin. Be sure to avoid getting the mixture in the eyes and use sparingly. Avoid sunlight while wearing the mixture or put it on nightly before bed. Try the mixture on a patch of skin before applying to your face to see if you have any reaction or develop a rash.

You can also exfoliate the skin to improve the appearance of wrinkles. An eash and inexpensive way to do this is to combine sugar with olive oil and a small amount of lemon juice. Use to gently scrub the face and then rinse off. Again try it on a patch of skin other than the face to ensure you will not have a reaction.

To quickly decrease eye puffiness place two metal spoons in the freezer and then place over the eyes once they are cold.
