The good news is that usually dark circles under the eyes is more of a cosmetic condition than a symptom of a serious medical conditon. Although there are many causes of dark circles, it could be something as simple as lack of sleep.

My first recommendation is that you check out our page here on GrannyMed.com where you can read about some natural remedies for dark circles including potatoes, tea bags, and cucumbers.

My next recommendation is that you take proper care of yourself, ensuring that you stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep every night, and eat a healthy, balanced diet. You may also consider taking a multivitamin to ensure you are getting all the proper vitamins and minerals.

Next, I would look to allergic causes. You mentioned eczema. Any allergic condition may be related to dark circles. Seek the advice of a qualified medical professional to determine if your case may include allergies in the picture. The fact that your skin itches hints that the cause may be allergic.

Finally, be sure to consult with a healthcare professional before using any remedy. The skin around the eyes is thin and delicate. Not only can the skin be easily damaged, but you want to avoid damaging your eyeball.
