It is truly impossible to know exactly what is going on for you. It is possible to experience pimples on the buttocks as a result of clogged pores. If this is the case you can use the same acne body washes that are designed for acne on the back. On the other hand, it may be that you have boils, warts, carbuncles, furuncles, or skin tags. You may require antibioitics or lancing to remove the spots. Again, it is impossible to know what to recommend because I don't know your diagnosis. Again, consult with your regular healthcare provider if the pimples continue to be bothersome.
One final note is to consider that most of buttocks depicted in the media have been airbrushed. The pictures you may be comparing yourself to may not be realistic. Be kind to yourself and consider the possibility that you may be comparing yourself to an impossible standard.
