olive leaf tea!! i live in

olive leaf tea!!

i live in tuscany and my family drinks olive leaf tea as a cure-all and daily preventative-medicine as well as an energy booster (without caffeine). i love most herbal teas but olive leaf is at the top of my list for it's flavour and all-around benefits - including the specific ones you are searching for. i add a bit of fresh ginger to my cup whenever my joints are sore for a little added anti-inflammatory and pain relief (plus it's warming and soothing).

but don't take just my word for it - you can find a TON of information about the benefits of olive leaf tea online. and if you don't live near olive trees i'm pretty sure you can order a bag through the internet.
