Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose any medical condition. In this situation, with the information you provided, the only thing I am comfortable saying is that you need to have this checked out by a liscensed healthcare professional in person.

Bleeding when you brush your hair is definitely not normal, and indicates that something pathological is going on for you. Hair loss can be a symptom of another serious condition up to and including cancer, so it is not something you want to wait on before checking out.

Your bad breath may or may not be related to the hair loss. Many medical conditions can result in bad breath or halitosis such as ketoacidosis in diabetes, or scurvy. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficience or as life-threatening as a major malignancy. Please do get these symptoms checked out.

Please note that I am not a physician and cannot diagnose any medical condition. What I can say is that bleeding after brushing your hair and excessive hair loss is not normal and indicates to me that something pathological is going on.

Hair loss is usually a symptom of another underlying problem as simple as stress or as dangerous as cancer.

The bad breath you describe may or may not be related to the hair loss and bleeding. Bad breath can also be a sign of an underlying medical condition such as ketoacidosis with diabetes or scurvy due to a lack of vitamin C.

There is really no way for me to know what is going on for you. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency or as serious as a major malignancy. Please do see a qualified healthcare professional about these symptoms; they are not something to ignore. The sooner you receive an accurate diagnosis, the sooner you can get appropriate treatment and feel better.
