I have problem of excess of phlegm which I inherited from my father.The phlegms gives me headaches and wreaks havoc on my hair.Plz give a remedy to get rid of the excess of phlegm.

You can lower the amount of

You can lower the amount of phlegm drastically by just cutting out dairy products. Drink- this will dilute the phlem and make it easier to come out. If these don't work you can try cutting out all animal products. If this still doesn't work you may be allergic to something you are eating. Go for some allergy testing.
