In most cases eye floaters are harmless and merely annoying. However, if accompanied by flashes of light, loss of peripherial vision, or if multiple floaters appear suddenly, you may be experiencing a retinal tear or detachment; both conditions require immediate medical intervention. Waiting even just a few days for treatment of retinal tear or detachment can lead to severe vision impairment up to and including blindness.

In your case, I suspect the cause of the floaters is probably the inflammation experienced as part of your eye infection. With inflammation, tiny fibers of vitreous, a gel-like substance in the eye, can break off an create floaters.

Your best bet is to complete the antibiotics as directed by your healthcare provider and otherwise do nothing. The floaters should disappear or lessen over time. Intervention would only be necessary if you are experiencing severe vision impairment. Otherwise, the risks of treatment far outweigh the benefits.

Again, any symptoms of retinal detachment or tearing (flashes, sudden increase in floaters, loss of peripherial vision) require immediate attention.
