Also, avoid wheat and dairy products as people who are allergic to these foods may cross-react with Bechet's Syndrome. Finally, consider taking anti-inflammatory herbal supplements like turmeric and ginger, or using alternative therapies like acupuncture. Finally, keep the ulcer area clean and consider using aloe to soothe the skin ulceration and support healing.
