How do I get rid of a bad yeast infection?

A good probiotic is the first

A good probiotic is the first thing I would do in your place. Wear natural breathable fibers (cotton) and dry yourself after a shower very well (a hairdryer would come in handy). Yeast feed on sugars so you want to eliminate all sugars - even natural ones.

Thank you for your response

Thank you for your response but I need more advice. More help. Let me be more specific. I have been to the doctor and tried everything: boric acid, changing my diet (all I eat is fruits and veggies) acidophilus and garlic pills, apple cider vinegar, no meds, and lots of water. I just don't know what to do anymore. I dont have any burning or itching just some discharge. I just want to know how to get rid of it once and for all. If you know of anything else that would help me I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time and advice.

I understand what you're

I understand what you're talking about! I went through that same thing, for a long time! One thing finally worked for me! I went to see my doctor again, and she said let's try something different! I said what? She said Yogurt! I said you are kidding me right? Because, that was the first thing I tried! She said No! Don't eat it! Insert the Dan Active Yogurt (Plain)in the vagina using the applicator from any type of vagina application (Monstat). I have not had any problems with yeast infections since. Use everyday until problem is gone. Use it at bedtime, have it right next to the bed, and don't get up after you insert it. Let me know how that works for you!
