My frist recommendation is that you check out our pages here on GrannyMed.com dedicated to gas and gas pains. There you can read about various natural remedies including ginger, dnadelion, angostura bitters, parsley, and garlic.

In addition, I am curious as to if this gas reaction is occuring during a speific time of the week. If that is the case, perhaps it is a reaction to some food that you are eating. Some foods produce gas when digested, especially legumes, beans, and broccoli. Perhaps your answer is as simple as avoiding a particular gas-inducing food.

On the other hand, I wonder if there is another explanation - maybe it is not gas at all. A blockage in the gastrointestinal tract could cause the sensation of bloating, fullness, or abdominal distention.

Your best bet, if the natural remedies don't work within a week or so, would be to have this evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.
