Home remedy for sprains pain:

  • Smear olive oil around the sprain, take an egg yolk and stir it, then apply on the olive oil. Wrap with cotton wool pads, bandage for 2 days. Don't step on the foot and also sleep with your foot inclined. Can repeat after 2 days, but make sure to wash first.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of black coffee in a bandage and bandage the foot sprain.
