A sprain is a sudden wrench of a joint causing an injury to a ligament. When the ligaments are twisted, blood vessels usually rupture causing the tissues to bleed.

A sprain is caused by overuse or trauma to the ligaments. It can happen in any joint of the body but the most common joints are: fingers, knees, and ankles. Sprains in the neck usually happen after a car accident.

How to Relief Sprains Pain with Natural Treatments


Home remedy for sprains pain:
Smear olive oil around the sprain, take an egg yolk and stir it, then apply on the olive oil. Wrap with cotton wool pads, bandage for 2 days. Don't step on the foot and also sleep with your foot inclined. Can repeat after 2 days, but make sure to wash first.

Put 1 tablespoon of black coffee in a bandage and bandage the foot sprain.
