paper cut occurs when a piece of paper or similar material slices the skin.Sometimes the paper can be as thin as a razor and when it is dislocated from the rest of the package it might cut the skin.
Paper cuts stimulate a large number of skin surface and don't cause bleeding, therefore the pain receptors are open to air which makes the pain surprisingly acute.

1. Use iodine directly on the cut immediately after getting paper cut. Repeat 4 or 5 times for the first day
2. Hold a slice of raw potato on the paper cut for 10-15 minutes.
3. Use chap stick to rub on to your paper cut.
