Hoarseness is a general term that describes abnormal voice changes (raspy, strained) caused by yelling, singing, speaking for a long time, allergies, dry environment, smoking or a cold.

How to Cure Hoarseness with Natural Treatments


1. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and a few drops of lemon juice to a cup of boiling water; stir and sip slowly while hot.

2. Cook figs and bran for a few minutes, strain and drink the water several times a day.

3. Hoarseness natural treatment: Eat an uncooked egg yolk mixed with hot milk (can add brown sugar).

4. 1 glass of warm milk with 2 tablespoons of honey.

5. Cut an onion, put in a cup with a top, soak with honey (2 centimeters over), cover the top and leave for one hour, swallow 1 spoon of the honey every few hours.

6. Use one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to half glass of water, taken every hour for seven hours.

Eat mixed honey and lemon to help hoarseness.

7. Home remedy for Hoarseness: drink warm lemon verbena tea to calm the throat.

8. Drink a lot of tea with honey.

9. Saturate chick peas overnight, then cook, drain and drink the water.

10. Drink carbonated water.

11. Eat pears/ apples or drink their juice.
