Ask a Question
What is a headache?
We all know what a headache is - you know it when you feel it. And really, there's no scientific definition that will provide clarity. Headaches can be caused by a variety of factors: stress, sinus inflammation or congestion, food allergies, altitude, dehyrdration, hunger, withdrawal symptoms… The list goes on and on and each type of headache has a different recommended treatment. Migraine headaches, the most severe type of headache, are poorly understood and medical treatment is often limited to painkillers. We hope that you can find some solutions here at GrannyMed for whatever ails your head.
