Comedo Definition
Comedo is the primary sign of acne. Comedo may be closed or open. closed comedones are called whiteheads and open comedones are called blackheads.
The comedo is a plugged gland within the skin. It is composed of sebum (oil), bacteria and dead skin cells which cause the hair follicle to dilate.

How to Cure Comedo with Natural Treatments
1. Boil water in a pan, add some chamomile flowers; cool, cover your head with a towel and band over the pan for 5-10 minutes.
2. Softly rub your face (where you have comedos) with salt, can also use lemon. Boil water in a pan and band over with a towel over your head or take a warm shower, squeeze the comedo and apply lotion on.
Home remedy for comedo:
1. Clean your face, pour boiling water into a bowl, and add chamomile, 2 drops of lavender oil or lemon and half a teaspoon of salt. Cool, cover your head with a towel and band over the bowl for 5 minutes, clean your face and repeat.
For oily skin:
1. Boil water in a pan, add 2 teaspoons of dry rosemary, cool, put a towel over your head and band over the pan for 10-15 minutes. Repeat once a week.
For oily skin:
1. After a steam treatment: Take a cotton ball, dip in strong tea with some lemon drops and clean your face.
2. Take some Dead Sea salt and put in a jar, add a bit of olive oil, leave for 1 day. Take the salt and gently rub your face and body.
3. Clean your face and spray with white wine morning or evening.
4.Mix 1 teaspoon of liquid flowers soap with 1 drop of tea tree oil or thyme oil. Apply on face and wash.
5. Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball, leave for half an hour and wash. Repeat for 15-20 days.
6. Smear 2-3 grind garlic cloves 1-2 times a day for 20 minutes and wash.
Herbal remedy for comedo:
1. Add 2-3 teaspoons of dry basil to a cup of boiling water. Wait 15 minutes, filter, cool and apply the liquid with a cotton ball.
