Canker Sores (Mouth Ulcer) Definition


A canker sore or mouth ulcer, is an open sore in the mouth. It appears as a painful white or yellow lesion surrounded by a bright red area.

A canker sore is not harmful only painful.

Canker sores only form on the "loose" tissues of the mouth, such as: the skin covering the inside of the lips and cheeks, the floor of the mouth, the underside of the tongue, the soft palate, and the area of the tonsils.

How to Cure Canker Sores (Mouth Ulcer) with Natural Treatments


1. Drink non sweetened chamomile tea all day and dont eat any solid food but tea.

2. Drink unpasteurized goats' milk.

3. Blanch salvia and use as a mouth rinse.

4. Eat 3 kiwis a day.

5. Apply Aloe Vera juice as a mouth rinse.

6. Drink carob juice concentrate.

7. Saturate coriander leaves in water, strain and use as a mouth wash.

8. Brush you teeth with backing soda, or apply backing soda on the ulcer.

9. Put horseradish on the ulcer.

10. Mix cinnamon with water and gurgle.

11. Pour half a liter of boiling water on 2 tablespoonful of Marjoram, cover; wait for 10 minutes and gurgle. Repeat 3-4 times daily.

12. Smear carob honey on the ulcer.

13. Wash the mouth with salty water.

14. Smear raw tehina on the canker sores

15. Drink tomato juice or eat tomatoes.

16. Apply raw onion on the ulcer.

17. Drink and gurgle barley tea.

18. Rinse your mouth with plum juice for 2-3 minutes.

Do not use any toothpaste or mouthwash that contains "sodium laurel sulfate."
